As much we’d love to help every business, we are intentionally selective in who we work with. In order to ensure that we can confidently deliver the results you are after, we carefully consider your goals, services and whether we would be a good fit.
2. WE CHAT
After we determine that we would be a good fit, we’ll send you an email with a link to schedule a 30-minute discovery call. During the call, we will chat specifics about what results you are after, what you need help with and how we can help you. This is the perfect time to ask any questions you might have about our services or processes. After that, Katya will send over a custom proposal based on what was discussed.
3. THE KVM EXPERIENCE
When you become our client, you can expect a team who strives for a great customer experience, from our onboarding process to monthly management and reporting. The onboarding process will vary depending on your services but typically involves questionnaires, a custom research strategy and a 60-minute kick-off call.
